When you request a benchmark review, we collect the information you submit, including work email, company, role, company website, company size, AI spend range, AI request volume, workload, decision timeline, model stack, notes, UTM parameters, referrer, and page URL.

- To evaluate whether ProfitMaxx is a fit for your workload.
- To respond to benchmark review requests.
- To understand which campaigns and pages produce qualified leads.
- To improve site content, positioning, and qualification flow.
Analytics
The site includes client-side hooks for conversion analytics. When analytics tools are configured, we avoid sending personal fields such as email, company name, freeform model-stack notes, or message content as analytics event properties.
Sharing
We do not sell benchmark review submissions. We may share information with service providers that help operate the site, process form submissions, route notifications, manage analytics, or communicate with prospects.
Retention
We keep lead information for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on benchmark requests, maintain business records, and improve the qualification process.
